Answers about our ovens, minimum orders, baking times, storage and allergens.
If your question isn’t here, contact us and we’ll get back to you within one business day.
Contact Mystic Pizza and we will schedule a demonstration at your venue. You taste the products, see the oven working in your own space, and we build a supply plan around your expected volume.
No. Mystic delivers only to registered business customers within its distribution network. We do not sell to consumers or through retail.
Mystic does not publish a price list. Pricing is agreed individually with each venue, based on your expected volume and setup. Contact us and we will build a quote around your operation.
About one week from the moment you request a demonstration. Within that week we demo the products at your venue, agree the plan, install the oven and train your staff.
Mystic Pizza currently supplies venues in Cyprus and Israel. If you are outside these markets, contact us – we are expanding and will explore options with you.
No. Both Mystic ovens are ventless. No hood, no ducting and no kitchen extraction are required, which is what makes the program work in bars, kiosks and hotel lobbies.
The single deck bakes one pizza at a time, draws 1200 W on 220 V, and measures 14.6 x 14.6 x 7.9 in (37 x 37 x 20 cm). The double deck bakes two pizzas simultaneously, draws 4 kW on 220 V, and measures 19.7 x 22 x 28.3 in (50 x 56 x 72 cm). Both bake in 4-5 minutes on a stone plate.
The single deck runs on a standard 220 V socket at 1200 W. The double deck draws 4 kW and requires a dedicated power socket wired directly from the electrical panel, so plan for this before installation.
The single deck suits cafes, bars and kiosks serving pizza alongside a main offer. The double deck suits high-demand locations that need two pizzas at once with fast recovery between bakes.
The oven is provided free of charge. It remains the property of Mystic Pizza and stays with you for as long as you are an active customer. There is no purchase, no lease and no equipment deposit.
Each oven ships with a spatula, a pizza cutter and a wooden serving tray. Onboarding, staff training and maintenance are included in the program.
Mystic Pizza does. Because the oven remains our property, warranty and maintenance are entirely our responsibility, at no cost to you. Open a service ticket through the customer portal and we respond within 24 hours.
The oven is covered by Mystic Pizza for the full duration of your agreement. As the equipment remains our property there is no separate warranty period and no repair bills.
Every Mystic pizza is 29 cm (11.4 in) in diameter.
Three: Margherita, Pepperoni and Goat Cheese. All are built on the same Italian soft-wheat par-baked base.
Soft wheat, water, mozzarella cheese, tomato puree, oregano, sunflower seed oil, salt and sugar. No preservatives, no flavour enhancers and no added sugars.
The crust is par-baked before freezing, so it is already partly cooked when it reaches you. The Mystic oven bakes on a hot stone plate, which crisps the base while the toppings cook at the same time.
No. Mystic pizzas are made with Italian wheat flour and cow’s milk mozzarella, so they contain gluten and milk. They may also contain traces of fish, shellfish and soy.
Yes. The pizzas arrive ready to bake, and you can add ingredients you already stock before baking to create your own signature versions.
Store at -18 C or colder. At that temperature they keep for up to 18 months.
Up to 48 hours in a refrigerator at 4 C. Do not refreeze a pizza once it has been defrosted.
No. A standard commercial freezer is enough. There is no need for dedicated or specialised cold storage.
No. The program is built for venues without a kitchen brigade. Your existing staff bake the pizzas after a short training session included in onboarding.
Between 30 and 60 minutes. One short session on site during installation is enough, because there is no prep technique to learn, no dough handling and no recipe to memorise.
Very little. Because the pizzas stay frozen until the moment of baking and have an 18-month shelf life, you bake to order rather than prepare in advance. There is no prep waste and no end-of-day discard.
There is no fixed contractual minimum. What we look for is steady turnover: roughly 2 pizzas a day for a single deck oven and 10 pizzas a day for a double deck. That works out to about 6 cases a month for a single deck and 30 for a double. The exact volume is agreed with you individually.
Yes. You can end the arrangement at any time and return the oven to Mystic Pizza. There is no purchase to write off, no lease to break and no exit fee.
Yes. We provide ovens for private events such as pizza parties, and for any event where the host wants a high-quality food solution without a kitchen.
